On May 25, 2024, the Director of Social Welfare Kashmir, Mr. Mohammad Akbar Wani (IAS), visited the She Hope Society for Women Entrepreneurs at Wayil, Ganderbal.

The Executive Director of She Hope Society, Mr. Sami Wani, took him on a tour of the premises. During the tour, the director interacted with beneficiaries present at the center and inquired about the services provided by the staff. The quality of services extended to beneficiaries pleasantly surprised him.

Furthermore, the Director also visited the office premises of the Old Age Home and Sakhi One Stop Center, two government schemes implemented by the She Hope Society for Women Entrepreneurs in the Ganderbal District.  Here, he learned about the satisfaction of the services these Centres extend to their beneficiaries, which delighted him.

He was happy with the facilities available at the centre and expressed hope that the centre would continue to thrive so that beneficiaries would benefit. He promised all the required help to enhance their facilities and support for beneficiaries.

The director also visited the Halfway home and under-construction government senior citizen’s Home in Pandach to review the remaining work for completion.

The Executive Director of the She Hope Society reaffirmed the organization's commitment to providing quality services to its beneficiaries and will continue to do so.
